1. CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
We offer various service packages for our events. With our Stag Do / Birthday event you have three packages to pick from; basic, hero and superhero. These events as well as our corporate sporting events can also be hosted in stadium environments. Regardless of your setting or package below is an overview of what you can expect from our matchday experience.
2. PICK YOUR HEROES
Once you have selected your package the fun bit is then deciding what hero or heroes you would like at your event. We have a large network of professional athletes and talent to ensure we can find the perfect match for your sporting event. If you have a specific hero that you had in mind that you can’t find our on hero database don’t worry no matter who they are we will do our best to make it happen.
3. PICK YOUR VENUE
We work with hundreds of top quality facilities throughout the UK from modern 3G complexes to professional club stadiums to ensure we can find the right venue to fulfil your needs and budget.
4. RELAX & COUNT DOWN TO YOUR EVENT
At Play With Your Hero we organise your entire day from every last detail to make sure it’s the most memorable experience for all involved. So once you have selected your package, heroes and venue you can leave the rest to us. We can supply refreshments, kits, heroes, referees, equipment, photographers, videographers, event organisers – so all you have to worry about is counting down the days to your super matchday experience!
5. MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
Experience what it feels like to be a professional with our heroes. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our event organisers who will give you a personal tour of the facilities and let you walk out onto the hallowed turf prior to the big game. In the changing rooms your personalised kit and refreshments will all be set out and you will be joined by your selected heroes. Walk out to the pitch in front of your fans and then live out your childhood dream of receiving a pass from one of your heroes and finding the back of the net!
6. POST MATCH DRINKS
Following the match, you will have access to the pitchside bar where you can grab a bite to eat and get some drink while being joined by your heroes who can share stories from their careers and answer any burning questions you have always wanted to ask them.
7. RELIVE YOUR INCREDIBLE DAY
Having the opportunity to play in front of fans in a professional setting with your heroes is not something you want to forget about! But don’t worry we have award-winning photographers and videographers on hand to capture every moment so that you can relive your incredible day over and over again with your friends and family!
As you can imagine the best time to hold stadium games is during the off-season. Therefore if you are wanting to play within a professional club setting do make sure you notify us of your interest as early as possible to ensure we have enough time to get the event booked and prepare for your special sporting experience.
